No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products—and for the health and safety of all our customers—we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love every order. If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at simplyessentialbytiffany@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We’ll do our best to make it right, either by sending a replacement or issuing store credit (at our discretion).
