Frequently Asked Questions

1.) All products are handcrafted in small batches so please allow 3 to 5 days for preparation and processing. Items will be shipped the day after processing is completed.


2.) Shipping time is based upon your final order size. Some orders may take an extra day or two due to the request of more than the average size but they will be shipped as soon as possible. 


PRIORITY SHIPPING: TAKES 2 TO 3 DAYS AT MAX.

LOCAL PICKUP/DELIVERY IS ALSO AVAILABLE.


3.) Want to track your order? All orders are followed by a confirmation number. A tracking number is emailed once your order has been shipped out.


4.) Exchanges or Refunds?

Due to the nature of my products, No exchanges or refunds are allowed. 


5.) If your product arrives damaged, please send me a picture of the product via email to simplyessentialbytiffany@gmail.com.

I will then review and approve your claim for a replacement item if necessary.


6.) Item was lost? If your address is correct and you have not received your package, please contact me to file the proper claim with USPS.
